The draft rules require smartphones to have a “small mode” for those under 18.
This option will allow parents to manage what their children see and allow Internet service providers to display content based on the user’s age. Children under the age of three should be shown audio-only songs and content.
Those between 12 and 16 may be exposed to educational content and news.
