Tradition and technology: The exhibition “Petar Lubarda

With the ceremonial opening of the exhibition “Petar Lubarda – new framing” in the church of Santa Maria in Punta in Budva’s Old Town, the art program of the XXXVIII Grad Teatar festival began last night.
