The Operational Programme Human Resources Development has reached 1.245 million people in Bulgaria during the programming period 2014-2020, said Desislava Ushkolova, Head of the Programming and Contracting Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, speaking during a regional conference Europe in the Balkans: A Common Future in Vidin (Northwest Bulgaria) on Tuesday.
