7 years ago, Kosovo became the 210th member of FIFA. The Football Federation of Kosovo has received 141 votes for membership, out of 164 valid votes at the 66th FIFA Congress, which was held in Mexico City.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAfter breaking the 25-year isolation, on May 3, 2016 with membership in UEFA, the mission of the Football Federation of Kosovo was completed on May 13, 2016, when Kosovo was accepted by a majority of votes as a member of FIFA.
